Proof reader and editor for my kindle book

I have a kindle book that is doing pretty well on amazon and i need someone to edit it and proof read it.

The previous person I hired did not do a good job for me.

I need a person who likes doing this work and has references.

You must be familiar with kindle...how to upload the updated version.
