My wife and I run a training business here in the UK. We have created a range of training videos that are currently hosted with a UK-based provider and made available through our website.

We would like to change the way people access these videos, and instead have them available on a membership site, where users pay one charge to access the membership site for a period of 6 months. Secure and fast streaming/access to our videos is our number 1 priority. Whilst we appreciate nothing is 100% download-proof, we need to limit the risk of people blatantly ripping our stuff and sharing it for free. Our current provider does offer RTMP streaming, but it is very slow and prohibitive for most of our users. We are therefore intending on moving all our videos to Amazon S3 and finding someone to create a solution to stream them that way.

We require professional design and theme customisation of a squeeze page, free video (sales) page and membership site setting up for the above. We like the ‘Thesis’ theme as used on these sites:

We also like the colour schemes of these sites. Over the next couple of months we would like a blog setting up, which will be very similar to these two sites in layout, so we would like to keep the same colour scheme and feel of both the squeeze/sales pages and the blog.

When it comes to the member site, I really like the structure and layout of Kajabi, but the cost is prohibitive. For that reason, I have purchased OptimizePress, but don’t have the know-how (or time) to set it all up properly. I’d rather leave it to a professional!

Once the user enters their login details, they immediately get taken to a free video with accompanying PDF document, something similar to this:

Underneath the video, I need a short promo paragraph for the membership site, and a ‘Buy Access Now’ button. Another option would be to have this on a separate sales page, but I am not sure how to integrate this.
Assuming the ‘buy access now’ button does go on this same free video page, underneath that I would like the Facebook Comments plugin adding. I am hoping that this will mean user comments are seen by their friends on Facebook. If their friends click the link from their Facebook comment, would it be possible for them to be sent directly to the squeeze page rather than to the free video page so that I can collect their data too? I would also like this feature for the ‘like’ button and links that are tweeted – users should be directed to the squeeze page rather than the free video.

The membership area requires:

Integration with Paypal
Automated signup and emailing of personalised login details
Automated adding to email lists (currently registered with iContact, but happy to change to a different provider if you would recommend it?)
Affiliate system whereby I can set up unique links whereby referrers can earn automatic commission on all sales via their personal link
Once membership granted, user uses their personal login details to access to a mini-site, where they can access videos and pdf materials
Videos need to be seamlessly integrated with Amazon S3 and be securely streamed, i.e. not downloadable using tools like ‘DownloadHelper’
Access to the members area is time-limited to 6 months
Ability for us to manually grant free access to our own students

I need to be able to lock out access to the videos served by S3 if there is no current subscription, i.e. no ability to copy working links.

A feature I currently have with our video streaming provider is IP tracking, so I can see which IP addresses have logged in to view the videos. This has been particularly useful in stopping people sharing login details as I have been able to block their accounts. I would be grateful if this could be implemented also.
