Need a Mobile Website Turned into an Android & Iphone App

I have a mobile site powered by a MySQL database and PHP. It's been placed in a sub-domain to keep the site files separate. For example http://m.mydomain.com. I need a way to either turn this into an iphone
web app. or have someone copy the mobile website into a wordpress template and use WP Twin to accomplish what I'm attempting to do.

The time frame on this project is very urgent and really needs to be completed in 12-15hrs from now please PM me immediately!

As an Android developer myself I must warn you that getting a quality application in 15 hours is next to impossible.
