Help with Forums input

I am looking at promoting a new book I have and want to get into forums. Wondering if there is anyone out there that has the time to spend some time in forums for me on my behalf and if it is a good idea?

The book is called:

Would your boss punch you in the Face and then laugh when you bleed?

The link goes to a blog post which will give you an idea on what it is about.
