|  Wanted: Customer support reps with basic tech skills (cPanel/WP/PHP)

I'm going to be scaling up my business massively in the coming few weeks and I need a couple customer support representatives who have: - Good written english. - Clear understanding of basic cpanel, WP. - Any experience with web development such as PHP is a plus. You will be helping customers who have purchased products with: - Retrieving their login info. - Answering basic questions about the product/helping customers with finding things in their backoffice (for example a customer may write in asking where he/she can find a certain video and you'll just tell them where it is). - Managing and refunds and such. This won't be high end work at all, but it does require some level of consistency. I'm looking for 2 people at this time. Please PM me with your work rates and experience and lets get going. |
