Need A Small Database Built

Greetings Coders,

I need a small database/directory built for an organization.

Basically I have a PDF file with employees information that needs to be turned into a searchable database where people can go on and type in someones name and it will bring their information up.

Looking for a quick turnaround this project shouldn't take more than a few hours.
