We are building a network of regional construction industry publications/websites in the U.S., and I am seeking someone to lead the marketing/recruiting process. Compensation for the recruiter can be a combination of hourly pay, fixed milestone accomplishments and success bonuses. (The ideal candidate will want less per hour and take more based on actual achievements, but we don't expect the person we select to work for free.) The publishers we are seeking the recruiter to find must have sales aptitude and be available for daytime weekday business hours. The recruiter -- for whom this message is posted -- however, can work from home part-time and use various creative Internet marketing approaches. (The publishers you would be seeking will also work from home, but will be most successful if they can get out into the community.) In Canada, our publishers are paid a guaranteed salary of at least $40,000 a year, and top producers earn $100,000 or more. While we are not able to offer a salary guarantee (or health benefits) at the start in the U.S., we can develop a salary/benefits program once the representatives have proven their potential. Knowledge of the architectural, engineering and construction community is less important than innate sales and marketing ability. Publishers the recruiter refers do not need to invest any money, and we will reimburse reasonable business-related expenses. in theory, you can be from any part of the world, but I would like to see how you propose to execute your strategy (again, I am not looking for free consulting, but instead, wish to see how you would take things forward to achieve the desired results.) Cost/results can be a factor for an offshore provider -- presumably using inexpensive marketing to generate a relatively large number of qualified leads, who we can screen quickly using our own proprietary systems. |
