Marketing/SEO expert for South America

We need leads/seo/marketing for our website. Countries include Brazil, Venezuela, Columbia. MUST be fluent in spanish/portuguese. Please have spanish references available.

3. Directory Submissions with high page rank directories.
4. Do follow High PR Blog comments in related websites.
5. RSS submission
6. Pinging all the backlink for better result.
7. Article submission and press release etc.
8. I will ensure that W3C validation is carried out at the end of
every month and will sent report accordingly
9. I will send Detailed excel report daily
10. I will be available to chat on Skype any time
11. I will regularly provide Suggestions/recommendations to improve site
12. I will surely do Result orientated work
