Howdy Warriors. Title sounds more complicated than it is.

Really want I want is a lead capture site. Simple, clean, uncomplicated.

I have a logo you can leverage and build the color scheme around that. I really don't anticipate more than a couple pages of actual content. Three or 4 maybe. Home/Landing page, About Us, Direct Mail. Maybe another. Who knows.

You know how sometimes you search for something like "Atlanta Plumber" and you can just tell some of the sites were built to capture local traffic? Like at the bottom of the page they have links to things like "smalltown 1 plumber" and "smalltown2 plumber."

Here's what I'm hoping you will provide:

* Site design / color scheme / page layout
* Inner and outer pages .. or just all one format. This is really all about lead capture. Either fill out a form or pick up the phone.
* On-page/site SEO optimization
* Content. I will provide specific topics, you will write (or hire a writer). Content must absolutely 100% without any question be written in fluent English. I will reject it flat out if its obvious it was spun or came out of a robot or something.
