I have developed a full blown business selling mobile websites. I'm looking to go into business with one or more of you who have some decent skills as a telemarketer. Don't worry, I will provide you with the script and the leads. I am willing to pay you $50 per successful sign up.

I know that if you make around 300 calls in a day (easily doable at 35 to 40 calls per hour), you should easily achieve 4 to 8 sales per day, hence you should easily achieve $200 to $400 per day, which translates to $4000 to $8000 per month for you, which translates to $48,000 to $96,000 per year. We will be working weekdays only.

This is not something you have to pay me to sign up for. I am offering you a real full time job with incredible earnings potential. You make the calls, I make the mobile websites. Your success depends on your telemarketers, closing a sale is more difficult than creating a mobile website.

Pay them per day or per call and just offer them a commission based on the number of sales and someone might take you up on this.

Try to get affiliates instead and $50 might be acceptable.

40 calls an hour you gotta be kidding me a person would get sick doing that much amount of calls

The calls go very quickly. It only takes a minute to find out whether or not they are interested. The ones who are interested take longer, but of course, those calls are very worth it.

Yes, I am paying by commission based on the number of sales, $50 for each sale.

Sure, I am willing to pay affiliates at the same rate, $50 per sale.

Wouldn't it be easier to use some type of preductive dialing automated system? "hey this is Ken with xyz specializing in mobile web design. Drop me a line at 555-xxxx'

I pay my sales people per sale and if they manage to have a client on monthly bases they are getting paid monthly % as well. The more recurring customers they find the more money they make. That makes them wanting to sell not just one mobile site or app but sell the whole bunch of services I offer. Everyone's happy.

No, that is a terrible idea. Steer clear of predictive dialing unless you truly understand the legal liabilities.
