Need wordpress developer/designer for my digital consulting company

I am looking for a wordpress developer/designer who can do clients' sites for my offline digital media company.

Like most business people I want to find the highest quality at an affordable price. I will need custom wordpress websites, the whole thing, installation, customization of a theme (preferably from your own database of premium themes, but if not that's okay), the ability to make custom icons on the site if necessary or add relevant images etc.

Logo design ability will be a plus because what I'm looking for is a custom wordpress website and custom logo for $350.

That's including:

1. using a premium theme from a theme database you have access to.
2. a custom logo with at least 3 initial "looks" and good customer service, meaning if you didn't come even close with the first 3 looks you'll take my input and come up with a few more.
3. Adding relevant images from an image database you have access to.
4. Complete customization of the wordpress theme to construct the (dentist, roofing, chiropractor etc) website.
5. Content placement
6. Installation on hosting account.

If you can't do logo design or I don't think logo design will be a fit between us based on your portfolio I am looking for $300 for everything else besides the logo.

After we work together for a little and I am giving you a good number of consistent websites each month it would be nice to have room for an 10% discount for volume. I wouldn't expect that until it's a decent number of sites every month.

$350 buys a template and maybe a logo. It's not much at all.
My last custom WP site was about $4,000, and took almost a month to create everything.

That's peanuts.
