Media Battles is launching Mediaxus at the end of this year and is looking for a seasoned Internet Marketing Manager who will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy and direction for mediaxus.com. We are seeking a data-driven marketer who will develop and execute strategies that increase acquisition, expand brand reach and engage clients with promotions that increase revenue and retention.


Skills/Duties:

1. Develop, design, implement and measure marketing programs for direct sales and through channel partners

2. Handle day to day marketing activities for mediaxus.com
Establish goals/forecasts for KPIs

3. Continually monitors lead acquisition, quality, campaign performance & ROI

4. Work with Product Management, Business Development and Channel 5. 5. Partnership teams to implement new products to our client base increase revenue and client retention

6. Assists in integrating online and offline communications
7. Evaluate program opportunities based on consistency with overall business goals and marketing strategy, as well as the financial ROI, brand synergy, potential impact/visibility, and execution requirements

8. Interface with design and development teams as needed to accomplish goals

9. Oversee internal channel marketing managers
10. Work with other departments to accomplish promotion goals
11. Design and execute promotions, contests and more to energize user base and increase sales

12. Assumes additional responsibilities as requested

Requirements:

5+ years of Online Marketing experience
Marketing Management experience in a supervisory role
Proven track record of online marketing results
Experience in online services a plus
Deep knowledge of e-commerce and Online operations and thorough familiarity with the online space
Proven history of Affiliate / Affiliate Management experience
Strong understanding of marketing concepts – primarily affiliate management, PPC/SEO, Partnership management and other aspects of Online Acquisition
Experience working with Google Analytics a plus
Experience with A /B / Multi-variate testing a plus

Energetic, resourceful self-starter, highly motivated
Excellent management skills
Leader, developer, motivator, team-builder and team player
Strong ability to develop strategies and deliver results
Ability to conduct research and analyze data
Very strong written and verbal communications skills
Excellent organizational skills
Bachelors Degree Preferred
