Need Simple Perl Script - $50

The script must work on Mac OS X with default Perl installation and no special libraries, etc...

Here's what I need the script to do:

* read an ePub file and "unzip" it (this is not a standard zip file and so you'll need to understand how to properly unzip and rezip an ePub file)

* loop through the .xhtml files and do a very simple search / replace

(all you'll need to do is match a special formatted <div> tag and strip it out - I will give you the specifics, but basically it looks like <div ...><img></div> and I will need you to remove the <div ..> and the closing </div> - super simple stuff in Perl)

* then just reprocess the text files and "zip" them back up into a compatible ePub file

ePub Zip/Unzip AppleScript application for Mac OS X - MobileRead Forums

This thread discusses how to use zip to read and write ePub formats (and I'm sure there is more documentation on this).

This is probably only like 6 to 8 lines of Perl code to do the whole script. Should be super easy for anyone that is proficient in Perl.

I will paypal you $50 (paypal payments only) as soon as you have demonstrated to me that it is working. Remember that it must work on my mac with OS X - I don't want to have to install libraries and such... There's no need for this project.

Also, I only want it done in Perl... So please don't reply with other options...

Looking for a quick turnaround...

Thanks,

-Troy

BTW, I would accept it in AppleScript if you prefer to do that instead of Perl...
