looking for full time designer/webmaster - build sales funnels

Hey Everyone

I'm NOT looking for someone who is just a great designer (we have a lot of great designers)... We are behind on about 20+ projects where we have the sites designed, but I need someone good and FAST to take those PSD files, slice them, and then work with me to build out our sales funnels.

You need to have some design skills because there are lots of tweaks and changes along the way... but more importantly we need someone who can code fast, build multi page sales process under my direction, understand basic php to integrate our shopping carts, upsells / downsales, etc...

and make sure code is clean, compliant, loads fast, etc...

I need someone ASAP... (yesterday would have been better)... so please let me know asap if you're interested.

NOTE: please send me samples of sales funnels that you've worked on. If you haven't done squeeze pages, sales letters, upsells / downsales, etc.. then you're not going to be a good fit on this. Let me know what aspects of the sample you send me you did (design vs coding, etc...)

I need someone who is a hustler and wants to make money... I love workaholics like me who don't mind working lots of overtime to make more $.

For those who don't know me, our company does over 10 million a year, so this will also be an awesome marketing education for whomever we choose...

Hi i am new free lancing work, but working from last 5 years on web designing, micro niche sites, video making, banners making, affiliate sites, wordpress, pligg sites with keeping an eye on analytic reports and so many attractive tasks which i had done in my previous jobs with SEO and internet marketing companies. Hope a chance can prove me better.
