Commonly, those jack of all trade people who can do every job and not specialize in a certain field will produce undesirable results.

It's just my 2c, but it might be better off hiring two people for the job, or you're going to get bombarded with PMs from foreign "agencies" and "teams". Stay away from those teams if you value your money...
