Wordpress Upload plugin

Hi,

I am using Digital Access Pass membership software.
And ofcourse Wordpress.

I need a WP upload plugin:

1
Members should be able to upload images.
(Private page)

2
Images can be listed as file icons only, not as thumbnails.

They should be able to double click on the file and see it.
But no slide function, just to assure/control that the file is there.

They should be able to Delete their images too.

5
Upload multiple images at once.
5 or 10 at the time. Multiple fields and browse buttons.

Renaming of file function

As ADMIN I would need to set limit on image/file size.
If possible an automatic size adjustment when uploading.
If I can choose % file/image size keeping original image ratio.

I would also like to be able to put text above and below
the file listing.

I guess this is a quite simple plugin to make but I cant do it so
I need someones help. If you have experience with DAP I guess it is an
advantage but I think any experienced programmer can do this.
