WordPress Theme Designer Wanted: Need Some Customization Work Done on Popular Amazon WP Theme.

Hello Gang,
Well I've sort of struck out hiring someone from this forum to create some blogs for me (The script which the blogs were built around didn't work well at all.)
So I'm doing the right thing this time, and have invested over $100 in the purchase of WP-Robot and a nice theme to work with it (Lightzone Theme.)
I'm going to take the time to make this site my very own, and it all starts with making the WP theme fit the digital SLR niche. Yes, I will be using WP-Robot to populate the blog with Amazon products, but I will also be taking the time to write my own articles, and building a mailing list.
I'm hoping to hire someone who is very familiar with the Lightzone Theme (Or customizing WP themes in general) for I want them to customize this theme for me. Once done, I want visitors emailing me praising how professional the site looks (Which will hopefully translate to lots of sales through my PPC marketing efforts.)
For a seasoned WP theme designer , this job won't take much time at all. But I'm not paying my hard earned money based on how fast you can complete the job, but on how well you do it.
You will be required to do the following:
1. Besing me a nice Header Logo (50x50 pixels in size.)
2. Design me a nice Favicon (16x16 pixels in size.)
3. Create a background image that will give the feel of someone looking through a SLR camera lens.
4. Create a color scheme that flows around that same look.
5. Adjust the various Lightzone theme functions so that any content added to the blog via WP-Robot will flow very nicely with the color scheme.
Now I have lots of ideas on how to make this blog a great place for digital SLR camera hobbiest to visit for they're shopping needs, but it all starts with the design.
I'm pretty familiar with most of the bad PLR blog themes floating around, so please don't try to swap my paid for Lightzone theme with one of them and tell me you customized it. That's not going to work.
I have several blogs that will require similar customization work, so you do good work on my digital SLR site, you will have plenty of more jobs in the foreseeable future. You must be very easy to work with and flexible.
