I was quite interested in taking a look at what you have to offer, but was disappointed with how it worked for me. I took the time to read the instructions thoroughly, sign up, and make my first well-thought-out response to the post "What Things Steal Your Time?". I then received a message telling me I did not have authority to post on that thread. When I tried to post to other topics, your site told me I had been restricted from posting to the community. I was willing to give your system a chance, but ended up wasting my time.

If you received that error message then more than likely you were flagged as a spammer due to username, IP address, email or a mix of those. It might be worth checking into if you have recently received a phishing attempt via email, if your IP address issued by your ISP was recently listed as a blacklist (old IP that is "bad" and has been recycled), etc.

The info above is what you can tell them is the cause for the flag, they are giving their customers IP's that are "recycled" and most times are "blacklisted" (due to spam) so it looks like they assigned you a bad one; however both your username and email address also come up in the checks we make for new applicants.

I am sorry that you feel our company keeping control of known spammer IP addresses/account away from our staffers and our clients is a nuisance but I can assure you that we do this for a very good reason. This ban is set due to being associated with/as a known spammer; this is not an IP/account address we would allow within our work community boards as it is a high risk to our clientele list and our staffers. You are more than welcome to have your ISP clear your IP, assign you a new one (non-recycled), etc. but under your current IP address/additional user registration information we would not even allow you logged into the boards until this matter is cleared.
