Wordpress VA and Writer Wanted - $2500 Project

I need a VA who can do the following for 100 domains

STEP 1. Login to cpanel hosting - Install wordpress theme(will be provided) for the domain. Also setup sidebars etc
STEP 2. Make relevant header using some basic photoshop skills (mix/match google images and/or just use photoshop font stuff.)
STEP 3. Write 1500 words split over 4 relevant health related posts. The writng need not be compelling or world class but it should be decent with no vocabulary mistakes and should have a consistent and nice flow and must pass copyscape ofcourse.

The entire project shouldnt take more than 400 hours really - maybe even less. This is a 100 site project that I am looking to complete in about 5 months. But if you can finish it in 3 months that would be great ofcourse.

Pay on offer is $2500 for doing the steps on 100 domains.

Please remember, if you do not know how to work with wordpress/cpanel or cannot write decently - then you wouldnt be a fit.
