Ongoing Whitehat SEO/PPC Expert
 

I am looking for a SEO expert to optimize my Dallas Real Estate website to be competitive in that market, specifically for agents looking for a new brokerage. My budget is a couple hundred USD per month.

I'd like to optimize the website for about 10-20 keywords to start. Not sure what our strategy for PPC will be yet. I have a couple keyword and strategy ideas, but would like to talk with someone who know what he's doing as I am in no way an expert in this.

What I am looking for: article/landing page writing, existing copy optimization, simple video creation, strategic/WHITEHAT backlinking, keyword research and consulting, article syndication, and anything else you think will help :)

Well I am not from America (Just another Indian if you call so) but since you are looking for leads for your Real estate business I am posting here. Basically I am in lead Gen Business and work with Local business owners from UK and US.

I don't charge or ask for money for Building tons of links or writing contents instead I charge for giving leads.. for example I give you 10 qualified lead and you pay me for that. No leads = No money.. On Average my leads converts at 1 out of 10 (10-11%) in marketing terms. They comes from Paid Search ads (PPC).

Simple like that.. No ranking No Black white grey or yellow hat stuff to deal with.
No Back front and side links to built and No panda penguin Cheeta to be scare off... See an example screenshot I just took (Last 7 days) for a similar business owner and you can get what I am talking about (Please pay attention to the 5th (Cost) and last column (total Return).
