be a big team of strangers - we are kickass small team that works well together.

4) You are on skype 7 days a week. Most of your free time you spend on computer and you like the damn thing.

5) You have ideas, visions and want to be a part of something revolutionary - a
product that helps people... and market it so it get so millions of folks around.

The first task for you to show me you are serious will be:

1) Find me 5 voiceover guys men 50+ and get their quotes for 30 minute script. For the VSL (stands for video salesletter)

2) Send me your short informal resume on pm - who you are, what you did, what you know, and why the hell you think you will be good in da team.

If accepted, we will do a test month or so. You will be paid during that time also, a full salary. If we like it, we will tell you, actually... you will know. And then, when you can consider yourself as a part of the team, you know your position is safe. As long as you care for us. As long as you are us.

Who says people in the 3rd world are desperate for a buck.My wife is a britsh citizen and I am Indian but I charge depending on what the work is.I live in the UK and also know thousands of people from the US and have family living there.Check the statistics on how many people in US and UK are living in dire situations before you make a statement like that.This is a link to Fiverr.com check the number of US people compared to India.

I wasn't putting down other countries. I said, "someone who is desperate for a buck and/or lives in the 3rd World." The "and/or" is the critical part; I included that because I've seen Americans willing to work for $0.89/hour.

Full-time work at $1,000.00/month comes out to ~$5.77/hour. Yes, I would say that someone who is willing to work for that low a wage is either desperate or they're a kid just starting out, not a "ninja." I don't think the OP wants a 16-year-old with little or no work experience.

The OP was actually the one who "put down other countries." Right in his ad, he specifies that applicants should "NOT [be] from India, Philippines etc." Take it up with him.
