Wanted Programmer for Pricerr theme (fiverr clone)

It's the pricerr theme (like fiverr).

I need to modify things that different levels of users should be able to do.
There will also be some aesthetic changes over time as well.

I currently work with VA's in the Philippines so your location does not matter.
I am also an experienced coder but very busy.

Looking for someone very affordable, quick and with experience in this sort of coding.
NOT interested in any middle men agencies etc..
Someone that I can directly communicate with on Skype.
