But first, let me warn you - if you're just looking for a quick buck, or mainly deal with black hat, short-term techniques, read no further - you'll just be wasting your time and mine. Trust me, I know how to weed out bullshitters and low-quality workers.

However, if you're someone that truly has a passion for marketing, is a hard worker who enjoys learning, takes action frequently, and would like an opportunity to work with someone who has attracted over 35 million unique visitors to his sites using organic, white hat techniques, then you'll definitely want to read further.

A quick background on me: I'm a web developer who has spent years studying direct marketing, copy writing, SEO, traffic generation, etc. I'm a fan of Dan Kennedy, Frank Kern, John Reese among others, and I have the technical chops to design and develop high quality, high traffic sites by myself. I've created 5 sites on completely different topics that have each attracted more than 1 million visitors per year with zero spent on advertising.

For my latest project, I devoted a couple of years full-time to become a recognized expert and authority figure within a certain niche of a very large and lucrative consumer market. I wrote a book and launched a site that provides this target audience with the VERY BEST information on this particular niche - and when I say best I literally mean it. My 400+ articles are backed by thousands of hours of research and in-field testing, and are written in a very consumer friendly manner - there is simply no better information available anywhere else - I guarantee it because I researched and wrote all the articles myself!

The site already attracts about 75,000 visitors per month and has signed up 15,000 email newsletter subscribers, but I can easily see it doing 10 times this amount. The site has gained traction, but it's not optimized to convert and I'm not working on actively promoting it. I know what needs to be done to increase traffic and revenue, but I'm currently working on a brand new (but related) project and don't have the time to devote to this now.

I'd like YOU to grow this high-potential site with my guidance and support - using completely white hat techniques. I have enough authority in this space to do guest posts on well-known sites. I'm already an approved contributor for BusinessInsider.com and a couple of major newspapers. Getting syndicated on other high-value sites should be relatively easy if you know what you're doing. Like I said, the content on the site is of the highest quality - so it makes it easy to market.

If I were to wave a magic wand, I would like to work with someone that is:

- well versed in the latest and most-effective white hat SEO techniques
- well versed in white hat traffic generation techniques for high quality content including social media, videos, podcasts, etc
- like a sponge when it comes to learning.
- someone that takes action, no procrastinators
- is able to brainstorm effectively and come up with clever or creative ideas
- has a deep understanding of direct response copywriting techniques
- able to research and write interesting and useful articles
- is able to find and reach out to the best related sites and influencers within a niche
- is well versed with keyword research
- is a self-starter, able to figure things out on their own
- knows how to reach a well defined audience through paid ads, including traditional media


Things you'll be working on:

- creating copy for sales funnels, including email follow up series
- researching and learning about my niche (mostly by reading the articles I wrote)
- rewriting my articles to be distributed to high quality sites
- brainstorming ideas and strategies for growth and traffic

Like I told another poster, if a person has all those super duper high qualities you listed, he'll already be making way more than $1000 a month in his own part time endeavors. You might get a good up-and-comer for that amount, however. A diamond in the rough.

Yeah, I realize that. Keep in mind I'm not looking for someone to work full-time on this, nor am I looking for someone that is primarily interested in making some extra money.

if you are getting 75k uniques per month, I would encourage you to focus on converting them rather than looking for more traffic/seo etc.

There are only 13 different ways to make money from a website (with a million iterations). You can make as much money as you want (and increase the base as much as you want) with your existing traffic and list.
