Sounds interesting - just one question - what are you willing to pay for all of these requirements? I have seen CEO's of major businesses that would have trouble fitting this bill

Hey Mike,

You know - wars aren't won on empty stomachs!

Depending upon your skills and experience, we'll be happy to offer better than market salaries.

Thanks,
Ankit

"better than market salaries" is a highly debatable statement. Salaries from India, US, Australia or where? The country can mean the salary can vary ENORMOUSLY.
I had someone ask me if I would write articles for him for $3 an article. I said sorry but no thanks....so your budget is a big question for anybody meeting your criteria and supposed high expectations.

Cheers, Laurence.

You have to love it when one can not answer a simple question with a "simple answer".

Why this would be skirted is beyond me... as it will obviously be the first thing anyone seriously looking at this would wish to know.

Multiple reasons but to begin with: One size does not fit all.

I'm hiring multiple candidates. While experienced guys are great, I'm still willing to work with people who have less experience simply because I see employees with a good potential as an Investment. (Read: fast learner, and most of all - trustworthy)

Lets say if my budget is $xxxx for a full time position and a guy emailed me who has very limited experience, I can't offer him that. I still might hire him, if he has potential and gladly train him, but my offer would be lower.

Similarly, If I were speaking to a very experienced marketer with proven (content marketing) skills, I'd probably go way above my budget.

You shouldn't just put a fixed price on a creative job. If you do so, you're only limiting your reach and creating an expectation mismatch for the other set.

Second, I don't want to attract applicants who apply simply because of the offer.

Incorrect.

I work with a lot of very talented people and for a very large majority of them, the offer or money is secondary. I'm not saying it is not important, it is secondary.

The primary concern is the work they'll be doing and how much they'll learn. I want to hire people who are passionate about the work rather than only deciding based on the offer. People who work for money, well, work for the money. Smart people know how little they know (there is always more to learn, ALWAYS) and want to work for the experience and interest.
