Need somebody to help with Adwords conversions

I need help with adwords conversions. I only need a 15-30 minutes consultation. I am willing to pay $20-50 for that. You don't need to be a guru but you do need to have some experience and be of intermediate level at least.

I am willing to pay $50 / 20 minutes consultation. But you need to know what you are doing and must be specific in what you tell me. Not like a noob confusing another noob.

I only have very specific 2-3 questions to ask and it shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes.

I took advice from a few people and made several changes. However, it hasn't worked so far!

I am getting clicks but rarely any convert.

I am willing to take regular help from somebody if he or she is interested. I need conversions. That is all. Genuine conversions.

I can afford to pay $50-100 (total per month per consultant) for 4 sessions each month, of less than 20-30 minutes each, maybe even shorter.

I can't afford to pay more than that. I need help. Willing to share profits if somebody wants even more return on his or her time.

Conversion are a true art form! What is your industry?

Here are a few of the most important factors:

Keyword Intention
Landing Page design
Negative Keywords
Really good ads
