I'm looking for a Virtual assistant, with some bit
of telemarketing/sales experience, for long term
work relation.

You'll be performing Cold Calling and Emailing.

We sell an in-demand excellent service for small
businesses, that's easy to describe and sell over
the phone.

Especially, since we initially give it away for free
for 14 days and later on prospects can decide if they
want to pay to continue using the service.

Your job, would be to just give away the service
(the free trial).

We will be providing you with daily qualified leads to
call and to email as well.

You'll get paid per number of calls and emails you make.

As of now, the daily set numbers we have in mind, is
100 phone calls and 50 emails.

If you can do more, let me know.

P.S. If you prefer to switch to per commissions basis,
we are also open to that.

REQUIREMENTS:

1- You MUST have some previous cold calling experience.

2- You will have to cold call 100 businesses & email
50 others per day.

We will provide a Skype account to perform the phone
calls. You will have to sort out the emailing part
yourself carefully.

Swipes will also be provided for emails and if needed
can also be used for the cold calls. Although, we prefer
to use your own sales talents there.

2- You must write & speak perfect English, for easy
communication with us and the businesses you'll be
contacting.

I am not going to apply for this position, but I do think that in the interest of the viewers it would be helpful if you provided a little more detail. For example:

1. A little more info about your industry.
2. Are you looking at 100 dialed numbers/day, or 100 conversations/day? The first being a good standard, the second close to impossible.
3. How will you track phone calls and e-mails? This is important for you as a business, but also for the potential employee so they know that you have a record of their efforts, and thereby avoid any dispute about payment (but I guess you could wait with discussing that until you are on a call with somebody).
4. ...and you haven't mentioned anything about pay rate (but I guess you'll do that for those who e-mail or Skype you).

Already found a couple but yet to properly test their performance, so position is still open. To answer your questions:

Mobile (coupons/sms) marketing and Web Design.

100 dials a day. Whichever of them turns into conversations and/or closes, fine. We'll go with it.

Emails: copies of emails sent should be forwarded to my email account. CC to my email.

Phone calls: via Camtasia screen and audio recording. Calls would be done through a skype account. Recordings sent to me everyday.

I'm open to other possible better alternatives if available, but I insist on recording everything regardless of the method.

Agreed. And I like the fact that you (as a hypothetical employee) asked about it first before I brought it up.

Yes, I feel that payment is based on personal preference and upon agreement with the employee. Per hour, or per day (100 calls and 50 emails).

Like I told you, I'm still testing a couple potential employees now. They'll work a sample and get paid for it. After evaluation, whoever performs the task well and as per my satisfaction, will continue to work full time with me and payment/rate won't really be something to disagree about then.

If neither of them did well, then I'll look for someone else.
