I can help you with your websites. For a start I would not recommend using Yola. I have a great local business template which I use.

Websites to rent to small local businesses in my town.
Landscapers, Lawyers, Hair Salons, Chiropractor, etc.

Prefer it on Yola because I can host a bunch of sites under one account for little cost.
The biggest reason also, is I don't have to keep doing updates for viruses or updates for plugins like I would have to do with wordpress sites. I can also edit the sites on yola. I plan on renting the sites very inexpensive. Like 30 to 50 dollars a month.
