Todd contacted me about reviewing his product, so I am working from a review copy. Being successful on Kindle consists of pre-planning. If you don’t set up your promotion campaign before you post your book for sale at Amazon, it can mean the difference between having a successful book and a book that sits there and lingers with one or two sales now and then.

Kindle Social shows you how to use Facebook ads to market your Kindle book, but more importantly, how to focus those ads and target your ads for the most receptive audiences so you get the most results for your money.

This is a great course on Facebook marketing for Kindle. Since nowadays, the whole social media phenomenom has become a regular part of everybody’s lives, chances are people are spending more time on Facebook than they are surfing the web. So if you can get your ad in front of people who are interested in what you’re selling while they’re on Facebook, you’ve won a big part of the battle of marketing your book.

Todd really takes you step by step with exact measurements of how to make your ad, how to craft your ad for best results and who to market your ad to. He also speaks about other techniques that are related, which will help you get more publicity for your book.

Also discussed are tools, some free and some paid, which will help you in creating audiences to market your book to, and different ways you can filter your ads on your Facebook fan page.. To take your ad posting to the next level, Todd shows you how to set up and use power editor for Chrome, which is a great tool to create Facebook ads with. This comes in very handy for some advanced techniques that Todd shows you later in the course.

The course has a pleasant esthetic, and is well presented. Sometimes marketers forget this aspect of their products, but Todd has dressed it up nicely. Although this is mostly a video course, Todd also includes helpful pdf’s which contain a lot of the info of the course as well as additional tips and resources to make your advertising campaign the best it could be.

If you’ve never done Facebook advertising for your book before, this is a great course to take. It’s concise, shows you everything you need to do to get the most out of your ad campaign and does it in a way that anybody can understand, including newbies.

I received a review copy. This is a course that focuses entirely on promoting Kindle books using Facebook advertising. The material doesn’t cover writing and publishing. There are several video modules that go into the basics of the technique (he does provide PDF versions). You need to budget some money to spend on the ads.

Module 6 is where all the tutorials are located. This is a series of step-by-step tutorials on how to post ads and optimize ad views. Even though the information provided is detailed, someone not familiar with Facebook advertising may want to do more research on that topic to get a full grasp of what’s involved in placing ads.

I like that we are shown how Todd sets up the ads and what they look like. There is an ad tip in here that will greatly increase click through rates. I can see how doing ads this way makes him money. There is bonus material about getting reviews and how to do a giveaway promotion. This is another good social media strategy for anyone wanting to sell more books. Using this method you really don’t need an email list.

This product is a great way to promote your Kindle books without a list using Facebook. It can actually be used to promote any ebook or report allowing you to build a list along the way.

The material is presented within a membership site and is mainly delivered in video form with three accompanying .pdf files. The only problem (for me) was the sound of all the videos is very low; even with my sound turned up to full I had to really concentrate to hear.

In my opinion this is a very interesting product and anyone familiar with Facebook ads can utilise this to promote their products. The modules show exactly how to construct your ads for maximum effect.
