Need Simple Wordpress Site with Gallery

Hello Warriors,

I have a client who needs a simple wordpress site setup ASAP. I have experience with web design but very little experience with wordpress. Here are the specifics.

The site is in the 4x4 offroad industry. They want a simple site with only a few pages (Home, About, Contact, Gallery). They like the look of the "Gallery" wordpress theme (Gallery Theme — WordPress Themes for Blogs at WordPress.com).
After some research I bought hosting with siteground. I can't use the "Gallery" theme, I didn't realize that I had to purchase hosting with Wordpress.com in order to use that theme. I've found some similar themes that will work but just aren't quite right. I installed wordpress and can't get the look I want.

They want the home page to have a nice header image at the top, nav menu under it, then a grid layout under that with 6-10 images that each link to their own gallery, and a real basic text footer. For the gallery they want to use: NextGEN Gallery Demos | NextGEN Gallery They want the site to be responsive on mobile devices and tablets.
I need you to customize the theme to look similar to the "gallery" theme I mentioned above (or recommend a good theme) and configure the backend (nextgen gallery plugin plus whatever plugins you recommend), and I will put in all the content.

I'm looking to get this done in the next week. I'm not looking to spend a fortune but will gladly pay a fair price. If you're interested we can talk about the exact details. Thanks for your time.
