I just launched a new software as a service product called ContactMetrics.
It's a hosted form builder that gives you individual analytics every time someone submits a form. You'll find out how the visitor found you, which pages they visited, where they are located and much more.

I'm offering free 1-year Beta Subscription Accounts. In return, I ask that you:
1. Test out the product on your site/s
2. Let me know about any bugs or problems
