There is a job opening in my ecommerce based nutritional company for a new Promotional Manager, who will be in charge of all promotion and advertising of my products. You will have specific tasks that you need to handle every day of the week. Most of the tasks you would need to complete yourself, but some tasks can be outsourced on places like Fiverr.com or Odesk.com. I will give you a specific advertising budget to work with.

The successful applicant/s will be hired on a trial basis to establish their effectiveness in this position. If I am happy with your results, you will be able to get a longer term, or even permanent position in my company. At this time inceased rates, results based bonuses etc can be negotiated.

IMPORTANT: This is for SERIOUS applicants only. People who have the right skills and experience and dedication to make this a full time job.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
1.Basic Internet marketing skills, with experience in advertising and promotion.

2 Preferred IM experience or knowledge in:
- Writing (MUST BE ENGLISH native) Copywriting skills a bonus.
- Basic SEO knowledge (SEO optimization for keywords, backlinking etc.)
- COUPON Site submission
- Classifieds ads submission
- Forum Marketing
- Blog commenting
- VIdeo Creation, posting, and optimization
- PPC (adwords/FB Ads)

3. Must know how to use Fiverr.com and/or Odesk.com etc. and outsource certain tasks.

4. Excellent communication skills, punctuality and excellent work ethic.

5. Must have at least 4hrs per day or more to dedicate to this job.

6. Europe/UK based preferable, but US also acceptable.

PAY:
$5 - $10 per hour NEG to start with + BONUSES + Rate increases in future.
