CLOSED Marketing Pro w/ affiliate program experience for cleaning business coaching websites

Hello everyone!

I'm Adriana, an expert cleaning business owner and cleaning coach, living in Dallas TX. Professional, bilingual, love to learn and teach, and somewhat of a techie. I'm also an awful online marketer.

Looking for a marketing pro/affiliate broker, someone that can help with the social media, content, marketing, website improving, and has connections with cleaning business niche affiliates.

So I spend most of my days working on my cleaning business, constantly improving it, networking with other business owners, etc... I have been in this industry for many years and started my own cleaning business back in Jan '07. It has become quite successful, www.zdmaids.com. This business is my bread and butter, in fact, it will be paying for your services!

What I need help with is the consulting side. I have thoroughly logged all the systems we use and ways of doing things. After malicious polishing and reworking of my systems I decided one day to start selling all it is I know. My passion for teaching others is definitely there! There is lots of love and care that go into my coaching services. As a cleaning business coach I am confident (and knowledgeable) enough to answer any questions a potential cleaning business owner may ask. I even answer any questions an experienced cleaning business owner may throw my way.

However as much blood, sweat, and tears that have gone into creating my websites I think it is time to hand the next phase over to a true marketing expert.

As you will see, the websites are already set up, the affiliate programs are ready to go too. I have even had a few customers already sign up for memberships. Actually every single step has been thoroughly worked out and tested by yours truly. From the customer's smooth purchasing process to the content they get to access and paying the affiliate... its all working properly. The next step is sell, sell, sell! Which is where you come in.

I don't mind critiques. In fact I'm sure there is always something better than can be done to the websites, the back end of the websites, or the affiliate prog side, if it improves sales, I am all for it! In fact, this week my new goal for the websites is to improve the customer's dashboard. Once they sign in they are taken to dashboard page and I have just acquired a new design for that page which should help with customer friendliness and further tailoring the dashboard to that individual.

I will give free access to all the websites to the Pro that best suits this job, must have track record.

NOT interested in SEO or one thing only. I need someone that has experience doing all the above.

Will consider JV/partnerships

Will pay a set monthly fee + commission for your sales.

These are the 2 cleaning business coaching websites:

www.cleaningserviceu.com

Adrianna, I just wanted to comment that your business savvy rocks!

I can see why you're so successful. As someone who writes online content for small businesses, I can honestly say that your main site does everything it should to appeal to customers. I can FEEL your passion for what you do through the computer.

Having said that, be careful when vetting potential marketing partners here. The WF has a lot of great people and a few rotten eggs that swoop in to take advantage of people. I don't think you should "hand over" the online marketing to anyone, but find a good coach/mentor that really knows their stuff in selling online and learn what they do. Online marketing has a big learning curb, but you can gain experience and rock this format too by being hands on. So, learn and do the steps yourself.

As for the offline business coaching, I think you may be limiting yourself. You basically need to reach a target market of people interested in starting a cleaning business, which is going to be a tiny sub-niche within the business world. Selling is a numbers game as you know. Perhaps you could expand your coaching to a wider audience of business owners that need marketing consultation. Believe me, there are tons of owners that are CLUELESS in areas of management and marketing. I mean there are TV shows dedicated to saving businesses because the owners don't know what to do to be successful.

Just some food for thought.

Keep rockin

@RockStar87 ...Headed to the PMs. I will reply there, thanks!

@ Fun to Write, thanks! Yes, fortunately I have hired/fired, learned about those rotten eggs at freelancer. Their biggest give away is their lingo. So I will def watch out for those. I understand what you are saying, however there is just some things I have learned to delegate and hand off to others. Here is the primary reason... family. With the business I run, the cleaning business coaching, working on the websites (which learning wordpress/wishlist member/affiliate programs/photoshop designing, etc... was a major animal to tackle in itself), online marketing, offline marketing, online social networking, business meets networking, etc... it gets overwhelming, oh did I mention I also have a 3 month old princess! On the upside, I do plan on learning the next steps some day, just not now...

You know what... I totally agree about widening my coaching skills. That is the type of stuff I'd like to discuss with whomever I end up hiring. I am thinking, other websites with a wider coaching net, or maybe reworking websites I already have... hmmm... definitely something to think about.

Thanks for the food!

Hi Adriana

Nice job taking it this far with all that's on your plate. I have been at internet marketing full time for 15 years and have helped pretty much every type of business (PeterLessard.com) including acting as a virtual marketing director for dentists/orthos etc..

I think you will find that the reality is you will really just need someone for a concerted effort of perhaps 3 months then the amount of time required should drop off significantly.

You have your development done in regards to your site and product but I can tell you an equal amount of development will now need to go into the marketing funnels/testing/tracking/optmizing. Your target market is easy to reach via having VA's post ads on local classifieds sites etc.. or FB ads and it is worth doing that from a return on investment point of view because you to keep 100% of the sale.

You will need to get the conversions to their best state on your own dime via testing before many decent affiliates will care to promote it. I don't believe you need someone with connections to accomplish that particular task once you have great high converting offers and can back it up with conversion numbers based on your own testing of ppc, facebook, local classifieds etc... it will work itself out.

I am not applying for the job :-) because frankly for my time/resources/VA's I would had to ask for 5k/month for 3 months plus the budgets neccesary for any paid testing and that is likely a tough pill to swallow. You may find that anyone that really can do what you want them to is building their own products or selling their time at a rate that will make it difficult to match.

I would recommend breaking this down into smaller tasks if finding a quarterback at a rate that makes sense for your possible returns.
For example hire a Facebook guy, someone to create one great converting landing page and Facebook promotion. Their mission should be to be able to get it to the point that if you spend a buck on ads you make a buck and change. Continue to work through it like that piece by piece hiring the best person for that specific task.

Good luck!

P.S

Though this will not matter much down the road when you build all the squeeze pages you will need, I would still remove anything that flashes on your main pages. That is a major conversion killer and would stand out as such to affiliates. The urge to create a bunch of flashing slides loaded with text occurs when we are trying to convey tons of info and not sure what is most important. The solution is NOT to throw it all at them it is to find out what belongs were on the page and in what order. If the offer is compelling people will keep on reading :-) This is also why you split information on different pages that you test. Each of those slides could be a different page that just talks about that. By putting it all on one page you will never learn via tracking what message resonated and what turned them off.

You will likely also want to test out various prices, things like get it all for $1 and a rebill after 7 days etc..
So many pages to build so little time... :-)
