Catalog/Brochure Designer Needed
 

I have two separate companies that need designs for an 8 page 8.5x11 booklet.

One is a real estate company. It has recently adopted a flat orange/navy blue color scheme for its website and printed marketing materials. Based off of previous designs made by the company, they need a design for an 8 page recruiting booklet for potential agents. Client will pay for (and has already purchased quite a bit of) stock photos on Photodune.net.

The other is a wholesale jewelry company. It prides itself on a minimalistic/modern design scheme. The company needs a short catalog to hand out to stores. Product images will be provided. It's up to you to design the rest.

Please quote a price for doing both designs by private message.. including revisions and the source files. I prefer that this will be done on Adobe Indesign. Photoshop also works but gets hard to work with when dealing with 300 dpi and a large design like this. My budget for both is $250.
Also, include examples of previous works in your message. If you have examples of works similar to this one, it's even better.

I have a lot of businesses like this which I support, and I prefer to stick with one designer as much as I can. If your work is satisfactory, you will hear from me again about getting more design work done.
