If your not too picky about the quality of the voice over, you can usually get that service on Fiverr, If you want better quality its going to cost more than the price you listed, Its understandable to want to get services done on the cheap, but often you get what you pay for but I am sure you can get those less quality videos done on fiverr, for about what you have listed here.

I have done tons of voiceover work in my own projects, and in my custom video creation, and tutorial work over the years. I'd be happy to discuss it more if you are still looking for viable candidates. I'd call myself a voiceover specialist, but I'm a copywriter by trade who just happens to sound awesome too. It's probably all those years I spent selling things over the phone, or maybe the years I spent teaching others to do it, or managing call center - who knows?
