[Reviewers Wanted] How to create a PLAN for IM Success

Hi Warriors,

If you want to succeed at ANY IM venture, you've got to first have a PLAN.

I'd like to share with you my own method for creating and Action Plan, which can be applied to any IM model you wish to pursue.

If you'd like to review it, please PM me or send an email to robperry (at) OutsizedResponse dot com and I'll send you a copy.

Using this method of planning keeps me on track, focused, and gets me fast results, no matter what project I'm working on.

I look forward to hearing how my methods help you.

Re: [Reviewers Wanted] How to create a PLAN for IM Success

Got a review Copy of “How to create a PLAN for IM Success from Robert:

Awesome Stuff, Robert…

I gotta say, this is the information you hear constantly being told to newbies and those struggling to build an IM business. Most newbies give it lip service and nod their heads and say, “Yeah, I know this stuff…”. Then they go to the WSO section and look for the latest. “Make $100 per day in 2 weeks WSO”.

What I’ve come to realize after my many years on WF is that this forum can be a double edged sword. You can use it to grow your business, but you have to keep focused on your objective. Build your foundation as Robert states and don’t be swayed into buying
short cuts to success.

What Robert has done here shows you why you are not building an IM business, but he also shows you how to implement an action plan in achieving it. He does outline a business model and gives you a daily action plan.

If followed there’s no doubt your building a successful IM business. But the whole key here is taking “action” and implementation.

The bonus interview with Robert’s Mentor is priceless. It’s a real “punch in the stomach, hard hitting” testimonial to why you need to make a plan. It’s Pure Gold…

Re: [Reviewers Wanted] How to create a PLAN for IM Success

Thanks for the great feedback, Joe! Much appreciated. I'm glad you liked the report.

I want to add that I don't think there's anything particularly wrong with purchasing the "Make $100 a day in two weeks" WSO... PROVIDING the buyer actually takes action on the info they've bought.

That's the goal of my report - to help the WSO buyer turn the info they purchased into a map that tells them how much time is really required each day (what does "two weeks" really mean anyway?), how much money will be needed, and what are the very specific ACTIONS they'll need to take each day until they reach the results they've been promised.

If the steps are mapped out first, the Warrior will get a realistic idea very quickly if they can and will do what the WSO instructs - or if they should quickly ask for a refund because their Plan reveals where they'll likely get stuck and not follow through.

Thanks again for the kind words, Joe. Very much appreciated,
-Rob

Re: [Reviewers Wanted] How to create a PLAN for IM Success

Thanks Rob for letting me check out Plan FIRST!

Whether we're setting goal or creating an online or offline Business everyone wants to know WHAT'S YOUR PLAN? And we stare back with a blank look. Plan? Uh it's to make a bazillion dollars! It all goes back to the South Park Gnome episode. They had an idea of collecting Underpants with an end goal of making gazillions. However they had NO PLAN on how to get from Phase 1 to Phase 3. Phase 2 would just magically happen.

That's how a lot of us (me included) are. We *know( we're going to make those 6 figures & blare Johnny Paycheck's "Take This Job and Shove It" as we walk out of our bosses office for the last time.

We have our Underpants Phase 1 (the CPA, Affiliate Marketing, Product Creation, YouTube, Pinterest, TeeSpring, whatever other shiny just came up). And our dream the $10,00 or whatever it is a month to quit our jobs & be free (Phase 3) but not our Phase 2 the PLAN to get there.

Rob shows you how EASY it is to get Phase 2 going. We read the WSO (IF we get that far before we're off to PayPal to plunk down another $7 for the next shiny). So we stop buying for a minute & actually look at it. Yes it looks easy, yes it's something I probably can do, but WHERE DO I START? Most don't come with an Action Plan. So you're left to figure out where to start. Which with Rob's help is actually easy.

By following his example you'll see how easy it is to actually break everything into bite-sized actions. We need to not only know WHAT to do but what to do on a daily basis.

By following Rob's example, you'll learn how to create your own Action Plan regardless of what Business Model you're following.

You'll create project & break those down into easy manageable steps. So project 1 might be to get a domain & hosting. You'll list what you need in order to get that accomplished. As well as the estimated time it will take and financial costs (if necessary--i.e. you might be decent at copy writing so when you get to that step you can do it yourself & not outsource).

Once you're laid out your plans, you'll keep track of your projects & tasks on Index Cards. And each day you'll track & give yourself a grade. This will help you know truly if you're getting anywhere or not. And where you need to make changes so BE HONEST! So if you sat down to work for 2 hours but spent those 2 hours watching Monday Night Football, don't give yourself an A & say you wrote a 300 word article.

Now things will legitimately come up or take longer than you thought. Or a step you didn't think about is needed. So it IS flexible & not written in stone. But it's going to give you a starting point and an ending point.

After you create your projects, you'll see OK I have 13 projects (main steps) with 60 mini-steps. It'll take me about 100 hours and I'll need to spend about $200. So with my current schedule I'll say it'll take me 6 weeks to get done. This will give you what you want a light at the end of the tunnel.

I look forward to putting this into action.

Re: [Reviewers Wanted] How to create a PLAN for IM Success

Full disclosure: I received review copy but I give my honest review

One Word I can say about this WSO and that is “Awesome”. I just finished it and start making my new plan for my new project. To be honest, I never done the planning for any of my online venture, the way it described.

This 29 pages PDF show me that how can we get it done. It is a simple 3 steps plan.

Ok enough praising. Now look for what it has for me oh I mean customer. .

For newbie and intermediate marketer, this is best for you. Why because as you aware that Shiny Product Syndrome is the number one enemy of newbie, which prevent the warrior to focus on one project, till it complete and spend lots of money on buy new product. Instead of using the existing wso, they find that they are going for the next one. With the help of this plan, you are able to tell is that new course, wso or software which you are looking to buy, will really help you in your business or it move you away from the business. which help you make the decision to go for it or not.

Now the details of this wso. This is a three step formula.

Ist step : after completing step one you already know that how many tasks you are going to complete to make your goal reality. After completing this step, you already have an checklist, which tell you what to do now, tomorrow and day after day. No confusion. Complete clarity that is why I really like it. If you have checklist of task to do than it is difficult for you to distract yourself on something else.

Second Step : you calculate preciously, how much time and money this whole project required. The plan laid out in a way that you cannot skip anything by chance. After completing this second step you already know that how much time, efforts, and money this project is going to cost you, based on your experience and skill level. Yes, based on your experience, skill level and resources you have, I repeat. You have full clarity of your project. This helps you to identify the usefulness of your current project. If the project is good enough than start working on it or I have to change it a bit or re-plan it again, if you find it rubbish.

Third step : the working. This step really impressed me. In this step you are now only aware that how much work you are doing but also know why you are not making progress, in spite of the hard work you are doing. It is frustrated to know that after spending 5 hours a day on a particular project for a month and you will find that the quality of the product is not upto par and site you developed is not what you imagine before start working on it. This step let you know in advance, where you are heading and if you find that you are heading in the wrong direction than, you can change your course in the middle of the journey. .

Now the negative points of this course. The case study, which is provided by the author in this wso is not fully described. The details are missing. If you described it in details than it is easy for the newbie to understand. But if you put some time and efforts than it worth it. Second complain I have that it does not accompany by the video. If you describe an case study by good video than the effect is outstanding. Because it helps the newbie and some intermediate marketer to understand it clearly without doing any hard work. Third point I wanted your attention is that if they does not mentioned any software resource for implementing it. I do not understand why author emphasis on doing this planning on physical paper. If he could come with some outstanding software as OTO than it is going to beneficial for both the parties.

My conclusion :

I definitely recommend this course. It is really useful for you. Because it kept you focused on the task which you know is important to complete the project. But if you are going for only getting information, than please ignore it. To get the usefulness of this wso, you have to implement it and do some efforts and the reward is outstanding. I am now working on my new project on the basis of this plan and let you know after 10-12 days my experience regarding this course.

Re: [Reviewers Wanted] How to create a PLAN for IM Success

Thank you so much for your amazingly thoughtful and thorough review. I appreciate that so much, Sanjay. Thank you.

I understand your concerns about the actual model I used as an example for putting this Plan into place as lacking specific detail.

The goal of this report was to focus on creating a Plan, and not so much the model used for implementing the Plan. It's my intention to show that this method for implementing a Plan of Action can be applicable to ANY IM Model you wish to pursue.

However, as I complete an updated version of this report and develop it into a paid product, I will most certainly be including a completely detailed IM Model to use. Which model specifically will depend on the feedback I continue to receive from readers of this report.

So if there's a particular IM Model that interests you, please let me know what it is.

Thanks again for taking the time to read the report and for posting this very thoughtful review.

Re: [Reviewers Wanted] How to create a PLAN for IM Success

Excellent report! My favorite part was when Rob uses this analogy as an example for people jumping into the IM business without first having a plan: “It’s as if you know there’s a treasure sitting on an island, yours for the taking. So you jump in a boat and start rowing… without first thinking about how long the journey might take, what supplies you might need or even having any sort of map to show you how to reach your destination. It’s no wonder the IM Ocean is completely littered with sunken ships.”

And it’s so true! Having a plan is essential to becoming successful with whatever IM goals you have, and this report literally lays out an exceptional plan you can use and tweak it to fit your goals, and then you’re well on your way to success!

I especially enjoyed the part about “grading” your progress boxes, (you’ll see what I mean if you read the report!) It’s all very useful information. I don’t have any IM projects right now, but the next time I think about starting one, I’m definitely going to read Rob’s report again and use his action plan! Thanks Rob!

Thanks so much, Sarah. I'm glad you enjoyed the report.

If you do have plans for an IM Project in the future, I'd love to hear what particular model(s) interest you most. Future revisions of this report will place a much stronger emphasis on the model used as the example, so I'd like to use one that has the strongest appeal to my readers.

Thanks again for reading and posting your feedback.

All the best,
-Rob

As per my experience, I know many people are looking for this kind of system in Kindle and in niche blog.

But I talk to very few people. I hope other people chime in and give more suggestions.
