Hey Warriors, I need help. I own a call center in NJ and i have some bad press online that i need to bury to page 2 and page 3. One being a yelp listing, which i know is difficult, and a bad BBB rating. I need positive content on page 1. Please PM me if you can help. Anthony |

Hi Anthony, If the site I'm looking at is yours, I don't know if pushing the Yelp and BBB reviews to page 2 or 3 - if you can do it - is going to be much help. If you're serious about keeping the business going, I would focus on delivering stellar service and campaign for your new, happy customers to leave positive Yelp feedback to outweigh the two bad reviews. The BBB complaints on the other hand are a different story. If I were seeking your services and found this list (which I expect will take a good deal of work to make hidden), then you'd have to have one hell of a risk-free incentive to convince me to give you a try. Again, if you're serious about moving forward, then I'd focus heavily on creating a bullet-proof offer, deliver a service customers would be thrilled to rave about, and have a solid reason to explain the past troubles for new prospects who inquire - or maybe just change the company name and start fresh. But unless the CAUSE of all that negative feedback is well behind you, trying to hide the evidence isn't any solution at all. My two cents. I hope things work out. -Rob |

yea, you have a lot of bad press online. i agree with perry 100%. if the negative feedback is behind ya, the best way to accomplish what you are asking is to encourage your new customers to leave reviews. if you know internet marketing then you would know how to do that yourself. doesn't take a lot of time or effort to set up a system where you can encourage your new customers to leave reviews. informing people how to leave a review is just as important because most people don't know how or where to leave one. a lot of people don't leave reviews when the service was satisfactory so encouraging them with an incentive can help get people out of their lazy mode and write a review. keep in mind that to help a review stick, it needs public engagement as well as a good reviewer reputation. in other words, you don't have to bring the bad posts down, you can also concentrate on bringing the good reviews up..... |
