Allow me to answer the first two "technical" questions:

1. The videos are not "copied" but are hosted by third parties--Youtube, Vimeo or Dailymotion

2. Video Essence Plugin does not create video sitemap for you but one of the bonuses I am giving out does.

About the support team, he provides in the sales page this link where you can submit a ticket if you have any questions about Video Essence.

As for the 30 Day Guarantee, Jvzoo are there to make sure you get your refund in case you need one.

I bought Video Essence a few days ago. And bought the OTO traffic essence.

Have been going over it. Have had to send a few support tickets. Fast replies.

The mixing of JvZoo product download with the seller's download links makes it a little tricky to understand where to download items.

You get a WP Video Essence theme and a WP Video Essence plugin.

Traffic Essence is an OTO, and there is another OTO that I didn't buy because I wanted to test these two first to see if it would be wise to get the second OTO.

There is one quick video tutorial and a pdf format.

This is an Action program, if you don't work it, it won't do a thing for you.

The price goes up with every few hours. It started for $34.95 and looking for reviews I had to pay $49.95. And $59.95 for the TE OTO.

It doesn't include a WP creating tutorial, you have to know the basics of WP blog creation or get the tutorial from another source.

I have already some blogs, but since we make mistakes and to avoid damaging my already working WP blogs, I created a new WP blog with a subdomain of my domain.

I have my domains from GoDaddy and hosting from HostGator.

HostGator had 5.2 php, but it only took a click to update it to 5.4 php. They have a higher update but I kept with the 5.4.

I have been making a few mistakes, I am still in the learning curve, since this is done part-time.

I have created video essence posts, then have them deleted because I did something wrong.

I consider that it is right for the price.

But you have to practice it, and you have take action.

The video above in the first post here is basically what is needed to be done to work this program.

Get Video Essence and with the video above you can create your video blogs.

I expect to get the results mention here when I have created my ve blogs correctly.

I consider that you don't have to escalate for a refund. I have bought products through JvZoo and since the product was crap, have had to ask for a refund, and was refunded without any issues.

I have bought a few more products from JvZoo vendors and were worth the price.

The seller informs you that you need at least 5.4 php for the theme and plugin to work. And they inform you how to get it from your hosting provider. Most cPanels are similar. And they even inform you how to get it from your cPanel if you can't activate it directly from your WP dashboard.

Up to where I know they have two OTO's. You don't need them for the Theme and Plugin to function.

Something i feel funny is my JVZOO (My Purchase) member area under this product has been shown "Refunded". But, it has been 2 days i have not see any update from my credit card and/or PayPal transaction history up-to-date.

They refunded in JVZOO, but in my PayPal account, i have paid via PayPal and it should be +$45.95 showing refunded.
* I have this experince previously and this should be like this.

This time i do not know why there has been refunded shown in JVZOO (My Purchase) under this product but not in PayPal. (*it has been passed 2 working days, from last Thursday 20th-Nov-2014).

I understand that with JvZoo you have to contact the seller (vendor) of the product to request a refund.

When you bought your product you received an email with the receipt of your purchase.
It should be something like this: [Receipt] Video Essence (Professional) Purchase.

In that message (receipt) you have your purchase information with the vendor's support ticket site, they have a live chat, if you want to talk to them. I think that it is: Paged Support: Submit Ticket - LIVE Chat! (pagedsupport.com)

When there, in the Help Topic section select "billing". And include your purchase's Payment Id: this is included in the Receipt. Since it is a long number, I recommend that you copy and paste it to your refund request message.

In your case, since it says that you received the Refund, it should be deposited into your Paypal account, if you paid with PP.

Inquire with JVZoo about this if you haven't received the refund.

JvZoo is different from ClickBank (CB). CB processes the refunds directly.

Hopefully, I have given you some insight.
