You have a list of keywords in your Excel worksheet freshly downloaded from keywords tool like Adwords Keyword Planner, Keyword Spy.com, SpyFu.com, etc. And you need to split this list of keywords into smaller groups that contain similar words. This is the tool that let you segregate your keywords list quickly.

We have used Excel macros to group keywords many years ago. Although this tool is useful, this method is difficult to organize effectively and may lead to inaccurate grouping.
Now there are simpler and more efficient keyword grouping methods. The grouping results are more accurate, that is to use free keyword grouping tools, such as SCOHalo SERP Analyzer, this tool only needs to import keywords, and then it will capture SERP in real time, and automatically group keywords according to the similarity of the SERP results of keywords . Keyword grouping information can be stored in the software, and CSV files can also be exported.

It uses AI algorithm for comparison, with high accuracy and automatic grouping, which greatly saves grouping time. In the past, colleagues in our group needed one week to group keywords, but now it only takes less than half a day to complete it. Best of all, this tool is free. So I would like to recommend it to those in need.
