There are a few different options once the page is created:

1) Export the HTML file and upload it your server.
2) Allow them to host it by sending people to the link they give you for that specific page.
3) Download a .lpn file

There's also a short 3 minute video on how to use this with Wordpress.

Sorry. that's a question I can't answer for you...

But, every single page you create can be totally customized so it's not like you're limited to what you see in the demo's....

You can use ANY video, or choose to upload a plain image for the background, decide where the optin box should go, there's even a large list of effects for when the optin box displays (you can do things like wiggle the box): 2014-12-05_2101 - MarkHess's library

I'm probably going to place mobile redirect javascript in the "paste custom scripts" box when setting up a page: 2014-12-05_2317 - MarkHess's library

Something similar to this:

So I would create a page with the video background...

After that's done, they have a "clone page" option, I'll create a cloned page and paste in an image background instead of using the video and redirect people to that. (since you can use either an image or video for your background: http://screencast.com/t/b5s5eKx7J1m)

In the code above, anyone with a screen width less than 699 (but you can set it to any width) will automatically be redirected to the page with an image background.

Of course I may tweak it a bit, but that's one solution

But in all honesty, the mobile thing isn't a deal breaker...

1) Yes, the optin box disappears and whatever you have setup in your autoresponder will take over. So the person will see a "thank you" page or a confirm their confirmation page based on how you setup the campaign with your autoresponder company.

2) No scarcity timer.

3) Yes, you can add an image above or below the headline/sub-headline and/or a video above or below your headline/subheadline. So you could use one or the other or both if you wanted to: 2014-12-06_0641 - MarkHess's library
