I bought and tries Optin Designer and it did not meet the needs of my business. I asked for a REFUND almost 2 weeks ago. Martin asked for some information about my account, I gave to him twice but for some reason I did not received my refund. Is the 30 moneyback guarantee true? I'm not sure it is :-(
