3) The program crashes when I click on "Webcam"

4) Can't select a specific area of my screen to record and this is a very basic feature and should have been done from the start not in the upgrade.

This is being added to the software. Even though it may seem like a basic feature, it does take around 7 days or more of development to create.

6) Can't delete what I put in the media folder

This is being added just as we add in keyboard shortcuts, very shortly.

7) The rendered video file is very big
I will mention this to our tech team.

8) Sometimes I try to import an image, a message appears "import failed"

We currently support .png, .jpg, .gif


9) There is no "undo" feature which is also very basic and important.

Yes, we are also adding this in, I forgot to have this button pre-launch which I should of made sure was in their, but when you are preparing for a launch there are a million things to do but will be added shortly.

Regarding your software, it can be better than camtasia for me and for many others if:

1) No tiny bugs at all.
2) No hang and crashes at all
3) Add better and more customizable intros and lower thirds
4) support non English languages like Arabic in the software
5) Better screen recording options
6) Better timeline control
7) More transition effects and not just fade effect

I didnt like it.Software has a lot of potention, but it was not finished in my opinion and presents many bugs. However the real shame is how they treat their customers: I asked for a refund 5 days ago, no response. I had to post a message here to get a reply and their customer support said they could not refund me while I had a paypal dispute opened against them. So I closed the dispute. Guess what: THEY DID NOT REFUND ME OR EVEN REPLY ME AGAIN!! Its been 5 days in this sad situation. Im very very disappointed that I bought this product.

Yes, the software has bugs - so sorry. I have said this before here. A lot of bugs. For me still the crash of webcam appears as in this snapshot:




Also, the mouse cursor doesn't appear if you try to record the screen!!!
And if you play with the software, you will discover many other bugs.
Bugs are of three types: Hang, Crash and Logic

So sorry, they use us as testers for their software.

Actually, I have already unsubscribed from the list of the affiliate marketer who told me about this software (Todd Gross). I like Todd Gross so much, but so sorry he put his confidence this time in beginners.

I didn't ask for a refund because I hope they will fix all the bugs in the software soon after they hire some professional testers. For me, money is not the most important thing, but it is the software. If it works well, it will be so good because it has good features. But with this performance, it is a curse.
