Because of this, Google is rolling out a new update that is going to PUNISH every site that isn’t mobile optimized and REWARD those that are mobile optimized.

This is leading to higher rankings for mobile optimized sites, and the non optimized sites are being punished.

But even if you don’t rank in Google, you want to be mobile optimized because 60% of the people viewing your pages are doing so from their phones, and if it takes too long to load they will just click away.

Think about it, when’s the last time you went to look at something interesting but it took too long to load so you got bored and went somewhere else? For me, it was probably earlier this morning.

In today’s episode, I install Mobile Optimize Pro for the first time so you can see what it does and how it works. I have never used it before this video. It is supposedly going to make my site mobile friendly and protected from Google WITHOUT having to change my theme, but we shall see!
