I just purchased this today 6/5/15 and followed the directions to get the bonuses, but the affiliate sale did not show up for the affiliate John after following the direction above exactly. So he decided not to give me the bonuses.

I also sent him a screenshot of the product successfully in my JVZOO account, but that didn't make a difference. No problem, we all have a choice of who and how we do business.
