I wouldn't recommend SEO powersuite. I think the software is pretty solid, but the development team is just hungry to push you into constant paid updates. I purchased it a year ago, and a couple of months after my expiration expired for rank tracker, suddenly search engine rank tracking stops working. Now, google, yahoo, bing, etc.. didn't all suddenly update their algorithms all at once, even though that's what I was told by their support. The development team broke them or changed them, and just wanted to force me into another $120 paid update. For a search engine ranker!  I understand everyone wants to make a buck, but that seems a bit dishonest to me. If they just said, hey, you'll need to pay every 6 months, no matter what, then you know. But most users are ok with not getting updates after they purchased something, if nothing major has changed. Forcing users into unneeded updates to make more money just isn't very honest imho. And any company or site with 100's of fake blogs about how good they are and fake reviews loses credibility in my book. That should raise red flags for you. There are better options available. |
