Hello, and welcome to the auction for Australian Facebook Likes.

Basic Information about Australian Facebook Likes

Australian Facebook Likes sells two products: real Likes for Australian Facebook pages, and ongoing social media management for Australian Facebook pages. The vast majority of revenue has come from people purchasing real Likes for their Australian Facebook pages, though there has also been a lot of interest and some customers for ongoing Facebook management as well.

In particular, there is one customer that pays $60 per week for ongoing Facebook management. The successful purchaser will have the benefits of an established income from the beginning.

I created Australian Facebook Likes as a project for a business school course that I completed, and I have run it as a successful business since then.

All content is completely unique and the website has been designed and created from scratch using WordPress and WooCommerce.

Details of the Website

As I mentioned, the website was created from scratch. I hired a freelancer to create the slideshow which appears at the top of the homepage – this was meticulously created and quite expensive too! The animation that appears directly below – I wrote the script for this and paid $500 for a freelancer to create the custom animation.

The logo and all images were custom created and are completely unique. All will be provided to the successful purchaser.

Why I Am Selling Australian Facebook Likes

I work full-time from home in copywriting, online marketing and social media marketing, and have done so for over three years on a full-time basis. When I created Australian Facebook Likes, it fit beautifully into the type of work that I was already doing and allowed me to attract new customers without having to do any advertising.

I am selling Australian Facebook Likes because I have been offered a full-time writing job for an online magazine. I know that everyone who sells a website says the same thing :-) but in this instance it’s actually true. I am happy to provide interested purchasers with the details of my new full-time job.

My new job is taking up the vast majority of my working time, and I have had to drastically scale back the amount of other work that I do. I had hoped to continue running Australian Facebook Likes at the same time, however the workload is proving to be too great. Emails are going unanswered and I’m finding myself unable to process orders as quickly as before, so I know it’s time to let someone else have the advantage of this website.

Traffic Generation: SEO, Advertising and Marketing

Australian Facebook Likes is not being advertised or marketed in any way except for SEO. Each page of the website has been carefully optimised for one unique keyword or key phrase. I spent hours researching and compiling a list of the best and most popular keywords and key phrases for Australian Facebook Likes, and the website has been meticulously optimised to rank well, and it does. All traffic to Australian Facebook Likes comes from organic search results, or from past clients or referrals. No paid advertising or marketing is being used.

The orders are flowing in without the website being advertised or marketed in any way – just imagine what would happen with some carefully placed advertisements!
Processing the Orders - Likes

Orders for real Likes for Facebook pages can be processed into different ways.
  1. I have an excellent relationship with a service provider who markets the client’s Facebook pages in appropriate ways until the new Likes have been added. He charges $10 for 120 Australian Facebook Lights. Clients order in batches of 100, but I order 120 Likes from my provider for each order of 100, so that I always over deliver to the client and the client is always satisfied. Batches of 100 likes are currently being sold on Australian Facebook Likes for $27.50, leaving a very nice profit.
  2. Otherwise, if you have the time and are looking to maximise profits, you can promote the clients’ Facebook pages yourself for free. The process is easy (and completely legitimate – I really do provide genuine Likes and am not ripping anybody off in any way) and the process just takes some time each day. I will provide the successful purchaser with detailed instructions on how to do this. You’ll be surprised at how simple it is.

Whether you pass the orders on to the service provider or whether you process them yourself will depend on how much time you have available and whether you are looking to outsource the running of this business or whether you are looking to maximise profits for yourself.

For the past month or so, I have been processing all of the orders myself. With this new job taking up the majority of my time, though, I have reverted back to passing on the orders to the service provider.

Processing the Orders - Ongoing Facebook Management

For clients that purchase ongoing Facebook Management, I use a social media scheduling tool called Buffer to schedule the posts in advance. I write the posts myself and schedule them in Buffer, and they are then posted to the pages at the right times, every day. Buffer is incredibly easy to use and I much prefer it over Hootsuite or any of the alternatives that I have tried (most of them!).

If you don’t want to write the social media updates yourself, you could easily outsource this task to a copywriter. I have a couple of people that I have used on and off in the past, and their quality is excellent. They know how to choose great images that inspire engagement, and to keep the updates short and compelling.

I will pass along the details of these copywriters to the winning purchaser. I know that two of them in particular are very keen to take on some new work. Both are located in Western Australia and are university educated, native English speakers.

Free Trial – Three Free Facebook Posts

As part of my business school training I learned that you need to give away a freebie on your website to entice people to give you their email address, so that you can follow-up with them later. As such, I offer three free Facebook posts to anyone who registers their details and who has an Australian Facebook page. It is very easy to write these three free updates – but again, if you don’t want to do it yourself the copywriters can easily take care of this for you. I have a carefully prepared template that I will pass along to the successful purchaser.

Ongoing Website Maintenance

I have a freelancer that I hire to take care of all website maintenance. He is a WordPress expert and handles the security of the website and regularly checks that we have the latest version of all plug-ins and that we are completely secure. I hire him on Fiverr, so it literally costs $5.50 every time I need something done. I will pass the details of this person to the successful purchaser.

E-Book

Until recently, I have been working on an e-book which was intended to be offered free of charge on the website, in exchange for the contact details of the potential customer so that they can be added to the mailing list and followed up with later. The text of the e-book is complete, but it still needs to be put together. You should be able to hire someone on Fiverr to put it together, and another person to create a great looking cover, then you’re ready to offer this additional freebie on the website to get more people on the mailing list.

Video Reviews of the Site

I have had two professional video reviews done of the site, with actionable tips on how to make the site perform even better than it already does. I will provide these videos, along with my notes, to the successful purchaser.

My Notes from My Business School

When I was completing my business school studies, I was continually coming up with new ideas for the site. I kept all of my ideas in one long word document. Most of these have never been put into practice simply because I never found the time, but I can safely say that most of them are very good ideas and will lead to increased sales month after month. I will provide my personal notes to the successful purchaser, so that you will hopefully be able to make use of my ideas in further developing the site.

A Final Word

This is not a clone or a turnkey website. I didn’t create this for a quick sale, and it wasn’t thrown together overnight. Australian Facebook Likes is the result of hundreds of hours of work, much trial and error, and significant start-up costs too, especially in relation to the custom animation and slide show on the homepage. Australian Facebook Likes is the culmination of my business school studies, and has been an enjoyable business to run. It has been immensely satisfying to watch the orders rolling in, knowing that they are coming in solely from organic means because of the meticulous way that the website has been optimised for SEO.

I am a genuine seller and this is a top-quality website. I have tried to include all of the information that you as a potential purchaser may need, but please feel free to ask any questions that you have – I am an open book.

I have set the listing for seven days only, as I don’t want the work to pile up too much in the meantime. I will continue to process the orders and maintain the site until the purchase is complete.
