This set of resources is a true gold find for me. It gave me some great pointers on how to upgrade which have helped me along my upgrade. It's also full of great suggestions and tools that can be used after the upgrade that have helped me in my new "adventure". I am happy to recommend it. Azno definitely knows what he's talking about. I never answered, because it seemed Ludicrous to think of designing a Windows 10 Resource Guide that DID NOT run on Windows 10...

Hey Guy, this resource has been very well made and a good one, how would you suggest separating those who subscribe though as subscribers interested in any particular niche, unless targeting to gather affiliates for my next launch, do you think it would be useful in any other niches?

"Click to access your product" takes me to a form asking for a user name and a password!
when clicking "forgot password", filled out the requested info 4 times and never received any info.
There surely has to be a more efficient method to protect unwarranted downloads of a free product and a OTO that is selling for $1.

This appeared to be a product that would be of interest, however after signing up for the free offering and purchasing the $1 OTO, an effort to access these items is impossible.
First in order to download them a password and username is required with no means of obtaining either, after several tries I submitted a support request. I them received a message that the password was manually set for ONE item, it does not work to download the "free" item.
Upon attempting to open the $1 item it requires a license key.
Unreal to have this kind of security for a free item and a $1 OTO. I will avoid any future offerings by this provider in the future. Way to time consuming for what is a free offering and is a total waste of time.

Norm is having problems and creates a "Support" Issue on the Thread - FAQ states CLEARLY ALL Support issues are handled via the Support Desk - He also has access to the Support Desk via Warrior PLUS where he purchased...

I respond in the thread with this:

I think it's clear, from the screen shots, your SIMPLE issue could have been resolved QUICKLY had you simply created a Support Ticket FIRST..
