Does RepWarn Help You Create Ongoing Recurring Profits by Instantly Helping Businesses Protect Their Brand and Generate More Leads?

(Hit The Play Button Below To Watch My Detailed RepWarn Review Video)

Overview: Rep Warn is a software solution and reseller platform. It is designed to let businesses protect their brand and reputation while increasing leads and overall revenue by tracking specific keywords related to the business across the net. Since this also has a Reseller element, you can resell the RepWarn platform to other businesses who are in desperate need of protecting their brand, reputation or simply want to grow their customer base.

RepWarn is a brand new, 'Done-for-You' software tool designed to help marketers build a recurring business targeting local-businesses to help them monitor their reputation online. In addition to my RepWarn review, I'm also including social media marketing news:

Google Removes Google+ Requirements Starting With YouTube

For almost two years, YouTube users were required to use Google+ when making comments on the video site; and even then, it was contentious. For a user to participate in any of the conversations, he/she was required to have a Google+ account. Today however, Google has realized the error that came with this requirement and is now reverting things back to the way they were. All this is because of the negative criticism that the company has been receiving from those that simply didn’t want to have a Google+ account in order to make comments or to participate with the organizations the search engine owns. One thing that most people didn’t seem to understand is why they had to have a Google+ account as their primary identity when using Google related products like YouTube. The good thing is that Google has now listened to the cry of the public and has made the required changes to give its users a better Google platform experience. A question Google needs to ask themselves is – is compliance to what the masses need a good thing for them, or might this cause them problems and how the new RepWarn can help marketers attract local businesses?

How It All Began

It all began a long time when Google started demanding people to sign up for Google+ accounts. The company’s idea was to connect everything; theoretically, they were looking to make things easier for users to access all their products from a central location. With that in mind, Google assumed that creating the Google+ account was going to be accepted by its already existing users. However, the problem arose when things became extremely confusing and very irritating; considering that most users were not into why having a Google+ account was mandatory. Over the last couple of months, lots of messages have been made. Google has now stopped requiring people to sign-up on Google+. Furthermore, it is not a mandatory requirement to have Google+ account when login in on other Google products – something they eliminated just recently as they closed down Google+ Photos.

Is This Move Something That Can Help Google?

What many believe is that Google did this as a way to compete with one of their biggest competitors, Facebook. The idea is that Google is trying to come up with an all-encompassing platform that might somehow overshadow the social media king. That is what Google+ had initially been designed to be – Google’s Facebook substitute. However, as it is in business, the person that came first is usually the trendsetter and anyone else entering into that niche will simply be always striving to catch-up. There also were some problems with the search engine jumping into social media and demanding people to participate. This is like Facebook all of sudden deciding that in order to use their service, users can only use an engine that they came up with; something they would never do as it can never work. As such, what Google needs to do is to start reinventing themselves in a way that’s more in-line with what its users recognize it for. Google is a company that acquires other company and provides different services, it is not a clearinghouse which requires one login, especially one that’s social media focused, and RepWarn members can help track their clients reputation across the different social media platforms.

Why Their Approach Did Not Work

While we will still tell you why we think the idea of coming up with a central hub for all its products did not work for Google, there’s a very simple reason as to why they should have never started this in the beginning. If you think of how Google rose to become the giant it is today, you will know why they are at the top. The main reason is because they were the most ingenious of all companies that had created search engines – their platform was simplistic yet reliable. When you visit their main website, it is clean and easy to use; allowing users to simply type whatever they want to find before results are presented in a simplistic and organized fashion. This is why Google became so great, and is why they were able to rise up to the top so fast and are now the biggest search engine company with millions if not billions of faithful users/followers. It also is one of the top PPC or pay per click advertising services provider in the world. The main reason why their idea did not work is mainly because, for the first time ever, Google introduced an idea that was confusing. Google+’ layout was hard to understand and process, and to make things worse, they were forcing people (their faithful followers) to use it. With that said, let us look at where Google might head to from this point and how they could take this negative and turn it into a positive that could help boost their public image.

Where They’ll Go From This Point

It is believed that Google is at its drawing board at the moment; they are looking at their mistakes and for ways to recover. The best approach would be to look at what they are good at doing, and that is search engine marketing, before coming up with separate platforms that aren’t all interconnected, something that might inspire more users to join. As with any organization that sells particular products or is known for its specific services, Google should never have tried to venture into social media, trying to compete with giants like Facebook and Twitter as it is very hard for the general public to transition to that. As it has been stated time and again, the entire Google+ platform was extremely confusing, something that you don’t hear people say about other social platforms, which a big problem to start with. There wasn’t a way to rectify this situation, and as such, their only option was to abolish the requirement that users need to use Google+; which is a very smart move towards the right direction, but RepWarn users can still track the different Google Plus posts.

When you think about all of Google’s positive aspects and what the company has done in transforming the world when it comes to providing the best information platform that’s available on the World Wide Web, this is where they should have stayed in the first place and should continue to build on. If they opt to acquire other companies that offer similar services or unrelated services, the recommendations might go a long way. This just goes to prove that it’s always better to endorse something instead of forcing it on your customers and followers. It is even worse when the platform you develop is so confusing, that the only option you have when it comes to fixing the problem is to completely cut it loose. While this was a tough decision for the company, it still is a positive step for the search engine giant that is considered the king of SE (search engine) marketing and probable PPC marketing and advertising for years to come. Hopefully, Google will resolve this problem as fast and as soon as possible so that they can move on to other things that are more beneficial to the general public – ideas that are easy to understand and which will fit within the boundaries that we all recognize Google for.

Facebook's Unintentional Hideaway

Facebook is free for everyone to use. That's great news to users. Facebook sells demographic information and sells advertising so companies to give them access to the users to sell their products to the community. In Facebook land, there is always a caveat to a rule and Rep Warn users will be able to monitor Facebook to keep track of their clients brand repuation.

In other words, in an ideal world, it would work like that. In actuality, Facebook allows people to hide their newsfeed. So when marketers send their messages, only 20 percent of the intended audience is even having potential exposure. The rest are falling into the world of lost somewhere in Facebook's sweet hub of hyperspace.

A quick note here, because you certainly are wondering why Facebook, a company that makes money by selling its users' information and by selling ad space that relies on exposure to its community, allowed any hiding. Well, through another unfortunate caveat the company was both trying to manage the sheer volume of information and prior to this was not protecting people's privacy very well, and socially awkward and unfortunate events threatened the site's user base sort of. We say sort of because if you are among certain demographics you would have to decide between leaving the community, such as that reconnection to your high school love or your college roommate, in the name of securing your privacy.

And so, hiding the news feed became common in an effort to protect privacy for 80% of users. The said marketers have complained on many occasions that less than 20% of their posts are reaching their intended audiences. The problem here is that they are actually paying to reach those people, so it can be seen as a breach of some contract probably if not a hotbed of misleading and false claims that Facebook will provide contact for paying advertisers, and RepWarn members can also track their clients reputation outside of Facebook as well.

Users complain that even of the people they designate as cleared for receiving their newsfeed updates are not getting to them. It is making it hit or miss whether friends are actually seeing their posts.

Theoretically Facebook should be as peeved about the situation as its users and advertisers because they are now a publicly traded company and answer to shareholders. So, turning away money by turning off advertisers is a huge no-no that may have legal and financial ramifications to shareholders as well as deep-pocketed advertisers. Theoretically they should want users to log in all the time, clicking away on advertised content so their advertisers see conversion and Facebook gets paid.

Users' Hideaway
It turns out the users are able to hide too much and a little too successfully at that. Of course, at first, Facebook was relieved to have devised this capability. Think of it this way, if you have a website, it can handle your volume of content. What if it goes from a sleepy little site with a few hundred followers to one that is featured on the national news magazine show one Sunday? No matter what happens, RepWarn will be able to monitor the posts.

It probably will crash within a few minutes from the sheer volume of hits in a very short period of time. Basically, Facebook had been catering solely to college crowds, a volume it could handle. Then it started seeing a burgeoning of the site's use to include everyone in the whole world. And, boy was everyone chatty, posting up to 100 times a day! It was too much volume for the site, so they cut back by allowing the hiding feature. As the marketers started speaking up, Facebook began decreasing the hiding capabilities.

Why Are Users Hiding Posts?

Facebook is like a social experiment where the user often cannot seem to win. It is perhaps one of the first times people were forced to use their real identities online, and that allowed everyone from their lives to show up and offer up a friend request. Employers, co-workers, cousins, aunts, great uncles, and even neighbors. In regular waking life there is a compartmentalization where people do not share the same information with their employer as they do with their close friends, which is something that RepWarn users should pay attention to as well.

But that was not the case on Facebook, and people needed to change who they communicated with and how much, fast. Rather than looking like a creep who blocked and unfriended the boss's wife, hiding became the way to politely duck out of communicating. Hiding is also a way to cut down on overactive users who comment on every single item when all the user wants is to read some news or catch up on Hollywood gossip and log out.

Does Facebook Want More Posting?

More posts getting through equals more revenue. The idea is that users who spend more time on Facebook are much more likely to click on an ad, which is great for CPM advertisers and Facebook.

User Benefits

Users are wondering why when they pick up the phone to call a friend that person sounds confused. It goes something like this, "Hey, Gina, did you get a load of that!?"

Gina: "What are you talking about?"
Mark: "The ostrich picture. He was on my front porch this morning playing in the snow with a monkey. Who's ever had that happen before?"
Gina: "No, I didn't see anything like that on your feed."
Mark: "You're online even now. How come you can't see it?"

This is a common situation. The users are being robbed of an experience of sharing and the advertisers are being robbed of a chance to sell ostrich and monkey food. Facebook shareholders are losing out too, and RepWarn users should understand these benefits as well.

So, Facebook is working on getting the newsfeed back up to speed. At this point, most users are better equipped to handle one another politely, making people acquaintances rather than having to choose between making someone a blocked leper or over-sharing. At this point, turning down hiding options is actually a win-win-win for advertisers, Facebook shareholders, and users.

Billion-Dollar Secret
Facebook did start out without advertising. That was part of its charm, especially among its original users: college kids. At this point many do not even realize that the secret to its billions in revenue is its advertising agency arm that sells a whopping billions of dollars in ads monthly. Knowing Facebook they are working on optimizing its capitalization of where they are at now with its billions of users worldwide.

At some point they will produce a way to work with the hiders. Perhaps they can allow hiding, but consider the "hidden information" still a part of the greater scheme of its business. That is that they generate income by selling people's information, regardless of whether they are hiding from the boss or their gossipy neighbor.

In addition to my Rep Warn Review, I'm also adding this informative article talking about the '8 Ways To Improve Your Brand's Online Reputation':

2. Provide Quality Customer Service

Most people do not want to do business with someone who does not answer their questions or handle their concerns in a timely manner. Have you been providing the highest quality customer service to those who have purchased something from you? If not, it is time for a change. It is much easier to stay in touch with customers and consumers now that social media sites exist and so many people are using them.

If someone has a complaint, do not ignore it simply because you do not agree with it. If you want to stay in business, you have to remember that the customer is always right, even if you do not necessarily agree with everything they are saying to you. Never make people wait too long to hear from you. They may want to buy something, but if they are waiting too long to hear back from you about the product/service, they could choose to take their business elsewhere, which why the RepWarn software automatically alerts the business owner when something is being posted about them, so they can rapidly reply and respond.

3. Communicate With the Consumers

The best way to run your business successfully is to figure out what the consumers really want. If you are not satisfying them, they will leave negative reviews and stay far away from your site. You should communicate with them on a daily basis through social media. Do not just pick and choose who you will write back to either.

Even if someone is saying something that is negative, you should respond back to them politely with an offer to make things right. Not only does your willingness to address the concern prove to the specific customer that you do care about their business, but it shows others who are following you on social media that you care about pleasing everyone who buys from you.

It is impossible to please everyone all the time. However, with a positive attitude and constant communication, you have a better chance of getting positive or even neutral feedback from people, which is much better than having negative things written online about the business you are trying to grow.

Below are Tips# 4-5:

4. Make Improvements When Necessary

There are some consumers who may not have the best experience. Instead of getting angry about their experience, they might make a few suggestions on what they think you can do to improve. When you see that someone has taken the time to leave their own suggestions, read through them and pay attention. After all, there is always room for you to make improvements, which is one of the reasons why business owners are attracted to the RepWarn software.

Making a few changes may help you improve your business. It will also prove that you are taking what others say into consideration and using it to do better. All businesses go through bumps in the road, and changes may need to be made, but there is nothing wrong with that as long as you are learning and growing from the experience.

5. Use Tools to Monitor Your Reputation

Did you know that there is a way to how truly popular you are online? There are a number of different tools you can use to start monitoring your reputation. Some of these tools include Social Mention and Tops, both of which allow you to see how well you are doing on social media sites. If you want to see whether or not your business is being mentioned by other people, these are the types of tools you are going to want to start using, and RepWarn is one of the top software solutions available on the market.

Monitoring your reputation is important because it gives you an idea of how popular you are at the moment. However, you can also find out if there are people who are saying negative things about the business. If you see anything that is negative, you can kindly address it with that person and try to solve the problem so the individual who is complaining ends up feeling satisfied at the end of the day.

Please take look at my PREMIUM RepWarn Bonus, if you haven't already done so... Below are tips 6-7 from the article, '8 Ways To Improve Your Brand's Online Reputation':

6. Ask for Honest Reviews

You may feel silly for asking your customers to leave a review about their experience, but there is nothing wrong with it at all. In fact, if you have a lot of loyal customers, they should have no problem leaving personal reviews about their experience because they will want you to get more customers in the future. Each time you make sale, consider writing a short message to the customer, so when replying to a post online, use RepWarn to also encourage users to post their experience with their product or brand.

Ask them if they were satisfied with the product/service. After asking that question, ask them to leave their honest feedback about their experience. Let them know that it is a great way for them to support what you are doing. Do not forget to say that you greatly appreciate any and all reviews that are given.

7. Use Differences to Your Advantage

What makes your company any different from other companies that offer similar services? There should be something that helps you to stand out. Use any of those differences to your advantage. You should want to let a person know if you are trying to offer something that is a bit better than what your competitors are offering, and RepWarn allows you to add marketing language to your posts as well to help differentiate the business's brand/product over their competitors.

After my first 2 years of losing over 10K in internet marketing SCAMS, I am now a 6+ year IM veteran with lots of experience building Niche Sites, Ecomm Stores & running PPC campaigns. I've made most of my money through Affiliate Marketing, Adsense & Infoproducts. I promise to provide lots of FREE VALUE from all my experience over the past decade!

Below is Tip# 8 and the conclusion of the article:

8. Become Active on Forums

Many business owners have chosen to become active members on different forums, especially ones that relate with what they are selling in some way. If you have some extra time on your hands, why not join a forum too, and RepWarn makes this process simple as well.

You can become an active contributing member who offers useful information while promoting your business at the same exact time. If you are constantly contributing, people on the forum may feel like they can trust you, which will result in even more sales and positive things being said about you.

These are the top eight ways to improve your business reputation online. It is important to have a good reputation if you want to have success. If you are not already doing these different things, it is definitely a good time to start. You should start to see an improvement in a short amount of time, especially if you continue to keep up with these tips on a daily basis.

Now that you've had a chance to see my RepWarn Review and Bonus, please take a minute to read this informative article talking about how Google+ isn't dead:

A lot of people think Google+ is dead, but that is not true, and the social networking site is sticking around, and let's not forget to mentioned that Google+ does have a loyal base of users that love the platform, and this means that the site will remain accessible. Not only that, but there may be some improvements coming to the platform, and this may start making more people realizing how useful the platform really is. One thing that people are not a fan of is that it is mandatory to signup in order to use other Google programs. With that said, you might be wondering what Google+ is going to change and things of that nature, and if you are, then continue to read the rest of this article, as it will provide you with more details.

1. Ending The Policy- Google+ is not a a mandatory policy, and this means that people can use it just just for the social networking aspects of it. The policy is being retired as the main thing in which social engagement is performed. Also, Google photos will be completely separate from the social media platform and things are getting revamped in order to make it even easier to use. It doesn't matter if you have a Google+ account, you will still be able to access it, and this is a huge move that Google is making.

2. How Does This Benefit Companies And Consumers- This is beneficial to everyone, including consumers and companies and one of the reasons why is because the need to signup is eliminated. When people are forced to do things, then the chances are they will not want to use the product or service being offered, and this is why this move is a positive thing. Companies should find it easier to market their services and products on Google+ because more and more people will use it. As for consumers, they will feel more at ease because they will be more willing to use the social networking site and not feel pressured to signup for anything.

Here's another article talking about Falcon Social and Facebook, but before you read it, make sure to check out my RepWarn Review and PREMIUM Bonus Package by scrolling to the top of this page...

In other news, Falcon Social is partnering with DataSift, and they will let their clients access Facebook's stream of activities, events, brands and virtually every single type of conversation. This is designed to help people know what is going on with marketing campaigns, and the information can be delivered, as well as accessed anonymously. Facebook has allowed this in an effort to make things easier for clients to access information that may be able to help them with the marketing campaigns that they are running.

1. Keywords And Inquiries Into Conversation- There is a lot of information that is being discussed on Facebook and this is on a regular basis and this is what social media sites are about. If you had access to this information and could find out what is trending, then you can create a great campaign as a result of the information you found. Customers that have access to this feature will be able to find out more about consumer behavior, which can be extremely helpful, and this is a major game changer. This allows people to tap right into information in regards to what people are talking about at this very moment, which is better than creating an ad that may or may not work.

2. What Is The Availability Like- As of now, the data is available in 55 countries, as well as the UK and the USA, and this move benefits Facebook because they will increase advertising and it allows consumers to access products/services they may not have known about. This could lead to advertisers seeing better results from their efforts. It is definitely a good move, especially when consumers are discussing a wide range of topics, including various services and products, and this means advertisers may be able to increase their sales and profits by carefully choosing who they want to market to. Those who are interested in using this feature should give it a try because it may be exactly the tool that is needed in order to take sales and advertising to a whole new level, so give it a try if this feature is available in the country you reside in.

I have been waiting for almost a week to hear a reply for my refund request from Walt Bayless of repwarn. For some reason he ignores ALL of my attempts to get a refund. Beginning to think he is a crook selling for $97 a month what people get free from google alerts.

Can you please Private Message me your purchase information so I can intercede on your behalf?

I am a some what of a newbie looking for a product I can make a decent income with online. I PM'd you as I am interested in this software. Are all the bonuses you offer in effect still and are you using the product? Can you share your experience with the product now that its been out a few months? I saw trace software and a bundle package as an upsell. Have you used the trace software? If so, you did you find it useful. Lastly, as an newbie, any other recommendations you have would be helpful. Thanks...
