The only comparable service I see on that list is Mention, who limits the total number of result you receive, doesn't include backdated results and doesn't allow export of your data.

With this are we alerting a Company of any bad reputation warnings occurring immediately online somewhere they would not normally know about and then it is up to them to fix?If so how do they fix if posted on a site that is hard to get removed?
Also how are we helping them if something is posted prior to us offering our service already or is that something we cannot offer to fix?
I am in a high tourism area ie.Hotels/Motels,restaurants and attractions where I see a valuable service for them this is.

Yes, the system will alert the company of bad reputation comments as it scans the internet every 5 minutes. But it goes even further as it's based on keywords or keyword phrases so it can be used to scan for any mentions the company wants to target like brand names, product name, the owners name, employee names, virtually anything - even competitors. This can also be used as a lead generation system.

If an offer appeals to you, but you then learn that there are OTO's, does that change whether or not you want the offer?

Some OTO's enhance the offer like additional features or extra training, etc. Others OTO's are simply additional products or services that the vendor believes you could benefit from, or they may just be looking for additional revenue.

Who cares? The offer is the offer you read about, period.

The only reason an OTO matters is when the vendor is a jerk presenting the offer inclusive of something only available or capable through an OTO addition.

Those vendors are rightfully called out quickly by buyers.

So, what is it you're worried about?
