Recently they have been grabbing these boards at boarder and destroying what happens if any we order get taken we are on hook for the loss?

Customs is destroying boards with fake trademarks. That means the battery pack has fake "Samsung" labels and so forth. My company buys legitimate Samsung 18650 cells (with paperwork) and makes them into Hoverboard packs with UN certification. We have all the paperwork needed to ship legally and we never had any problems before importing our lithium-ion products because of this.

If you are a new importer with a reasonable quantity we can assume the risk of the import and work out a guarantee that your boards will pass customs.

There is a patent battle between a few large companies that likely no one will win. Many boarda are back on Amazon afte x-mas.
