We are a brand new group fitness training studio (similar model to Orangetheory Fitness Orangetheory Fitness | Gym | Interval Training Center), needing a website, which can be integrated with a mobile application (the mobile app will be created in the future).

Requirements:
- Must reside within the United States (nothing against foreigners, but we want someone who is more familiar with our client base)
- Some form of public reviews (i.e. yelp or a freelancer account) where we can see client feedback. Forwarding reviews from happy clients will not suffice.
- Cost of project under $7,000. We will only consider offers that are at or below this level, and are more than happy to setup a call to discuss the project in greater detail. We are looking for a set price, rather than an hourly rate.

Preferred:
- Background in exercise/fitness or developing fitness-related websites
- Familiar with Southern California market (business is opening in Santa Monica)


For those who are interested, here is the project brief and broad business concept:

Our primary customer are successful working professionals 27-40 years old who want to optimize their workouts and are willing to pay extra to have a trainer customize a workout specific to their body type and goal.

We are catering to a higher, but not premium-end clientele, and a membership will cost between $200-$250/month.

The website will be comprised of 9 sections such as "about us" and "class schedules" for a total of approximately 20 web pages. Pages are primarily written content, with pictures and a couple videos.

We will need the website to integrate with Mind Body (https://www.mindbodyonline.com/) for our class scheduling, membership management, and membership purchasing. From what we understand, their APS is very easy to work with, and it is a frequently used by many major fitness studios, including Orangetheory Fitness.

Members must be able to create profiles that store and track 13-15 data points such as body weight, goals (i.e. lose 5 lbs), etc.).

In addition the profiles must also have the ability to store member workout information such as the name of an exercise, the amount of weight used, and the number of repetitions performed. We then need to be able to apply an algorithm (which we have already created) that will automatically make workouts more challenging (i.e. increase the amount of weight lifted by 1% each week for a specific exercise).

Admin accounts so that we can manually make edits to member profiles.

We plan to occasionally implement pop-ups, such as prompting a user to "download a free trial."

Mobile device optimization is critical.

Down the road we will be creating a mobile application where members will be able to access their profiles and workouts. The ability to seamlessly build a website that will easily be able to integrate with our mobile app once we build it is very important.
